Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging and be posted within 30 days from your receipt of the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds typically take no longer than 3 days.
Your will be refunded by the same method that payment was made. For example, if you paid by Debit Card, you will be refunded to the same debit card that you made payment with.
Refunds on items still in transit
Whilst this is a rare occurrence, we do provide refunds for items that are still in transit. For most of our shipping, we use Royal Mail. their policy on lost items is 21 days and consider that packets can still arrive up to this date. We will therefore not refund any sooner than 21 days for items that considered still in transit by the carrier.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you have not received a refund when you were expecting one, please let us know by contacting us sales@clubties.com, or by calling on 01978 264930.
Items will only be refunded to the same value that it was originally purchased at.
Sale Items
Items will only be exchanged up to the same value of a purchase (unless it is for the exact same item). Any remaining balance of an exchange will be refunded.
Exchanges
We can exchange your product for a different one, as long as the item is returned to us in an unused condition and within 30 days of your order being made. Please contact us on 01978 264930 and we will be happy to help.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your country of residence, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a larger order, you may consider using a trackable shipping service which provides proof of delivery or will insure your shipment from any damage.
