Who we are
Wrexham Club Ties have been producing Fashion and Bespoke Ties since 1972 and incorporated on the 6th March 2000 and are VAT registered. clubties.com is the website of Wrexham Club ties Ltd and produce bespoke neckwear products from customer provided designs. We have a ties designer page to aid buyers in choosing their own stripes for this purpose. We have variety of our own neckwear including ties, Bow Ties, Clip On ties, Ascot and Ruche Cravats plus matching cummerbunds for sale direct as our own stock items. The Tie to Clip on service is available for customers to send their own ties to us, we return the tie as a Clip On Tie.
We also have two other websites which deal exclusively with School Ties (school-ties.co.uk), and Regimental Ties (regimental-ties.co.uk). We manufacture and stock our own products for direct sale to the public.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
If you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
What data do we store?
For users that purchase on our website, we store the personal information they provide when the purchase is made, such as the delivery address and phone number. We retain these for reference so we know who made the order, where it was sent to, the tracking numbers for those packets etc. We do not retain credit card details.
Unsuccessful orders
We retain order information of unsuccessful orders for a short period of time, so buyers can return and complete orders should they choose to.
- Pending orders for 5 days
- Failed orders for 5 days
- cancelled orders for 5 days
Once this time has passed, the order details are discarded entirely and are not retained.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
