This page explains how orders placed through Clubties.com are processed, dispatched and delivered.

Order Processing

We begin processing your order after payment has been successfully received.

Processing time depends on:

  • Whether the product is currently in stock;
  • The quantity ordered;
  • Whether an item needs to be manufactured;
  • Whether the order includes bespoke, personalised or altered products; and
  • Seasonal demand.

Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.

If you need an order for a specific date, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm whether your required delivery date is achievable.

In-Stock Products

Products shown as In stock are normally available for order.

We aim to prepare and dispatch in-stock orders as promptly as possible. The time taken may vary depending on the size and contents of the order.

An item being shown as in stock does not guarantee delivery by a particular date unless we have expressly agreed that date with you in writing.

Products Available on Back Order

Some products may be shown as:

Available on back order

This means that the product can be ordered but may need to be manufactured or replenished before it can be dispatched.

Back-ordered products will normally take longer to dispatch than products currently held in stock.

Where an order contains both in-stock and back-ordered products, we may hold the order until all items are ready. Please contact us if you would like to ask whether available products can be dispatched separately. Additional delivery charges may apply to separate shipments.

Bespoke and Personalised Orders

Bespoke, personalised and made-to-order products require additional production time.

The expected production and delivery arrangements for a bespoke order will normally be provided as part of the quotation or order confirmation.

Production begins only after the necessary design, specification, quantity and payment arrangements have been agreed.

Estimated completion dates for bespoke goods are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout before you complete your purchase.

The amount charged may depend on:

  • The delivery destination;
  • The number and type of products ordered;
  • The parcel’s weight and size;
  • The selected delivery service; and
  • Whether the order requires more than one parcel.

You will be shown the available delivery options and applicable charges before payment is completed.

UK Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom using suitable postal or courier services.

Delivery times begin when an order is dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless a guaranteed service has been expressly selected and confirmed.

Remote areas, islands and certain postcode regions may take longer or may attract an additional delivery charge.

International Delivery

International delivery may be available to selected destinations.

Available international delivery options and charges will be shown during checkout where supported.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections;
  • Import duties;
  • Local taxes;
  • Customs-clearance fees; or
  • Other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or delivery charge paid to us. The recipient is responsible for paying any duties, taxes or customs fees charged by local authorities or delivery providers.

Customs procedures may delay an international delivery. We are unable to control or guarantee customs-clearance times.

Customers are responsible for checking whether the products ordered may legally be imported into the destination country.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Postal or courier delays;
  • Severe weather;
  • Transport disruption;
  • Industrial action;
  • Customs procedures;
  • Public holidays;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details; and
  • Unusually high seasonal demand.

We will not represent an estimated delivery date as guaranteed unless the selected service expressly provides a guarantee.

Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will normally be sent to the email address supplied with the order.

Not every postal service includes end-to-end tracking.

Please check your email address carefully when ordering and inspect your spam or junk folder if you are expecting a dispatch notification.

Correct Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check the following before submitting an order:

  • Recipient’s full name;
  • House number or building name;
  • Street address;
  • Town or city;
  • Postcode;
  • Country; and
  • Contact telephone number where requested.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

We will make reasonable efforts to amend an address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing, production or dispatch has begun.

Additional charges may apply where an order has to be resent because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete.

Missed Deliveries and Uncollected Parcels

If nobody is available to receive a delivery, the postal or courier service may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place;
  • Deliver it to a neighbour;
  • Leave instructions for redelivery;
  • Hold it at a collection point; or
  • Return it to us.

Customers are responsible for following any instructions provided by the delivery service and collecting a parcel within the specified period.

If an uncollected or refused parcel is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply before it can be sent again.

Delayed Orders

Please allow the estimated delivery period to pass before reporting an order as delayed.

If your order has not arrived within the expected period, contact us with:

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number;
  • The delivery postcode; and
  • Any tracking information received.

We will check the available delivery information and, where appropriate, contact the postal or courier service.

A delayed parcel is not necessarily considered lost. Delivery providers may require a specified period to pass before accepting a lost-parcel claim.

Lost Parcels

If a delivery provider confirms that a parcel has been lost, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory rights and the circumstances of the order.

We may offer an appropriate replacement or refund after completing any reasonable investigation required by the delivery provider.

Please do not place a duplicate order solely because a parcel is delayed without first contacting us, unless you are prepared to keep and pay for both orders if both are delivered.

Damaged Parcels or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible if:

  • The parcel appears damaged;
  • A product has been damaged in transit;
  • An item is missing;
  • You have received the wrong product; or
  • The goods are not as described.

Please provide your order number, an explanation of the problem and photographs of the products and packaging where these would help us investigate.

Do not dispose of damaged goods or packaging until we have confirmed that you may do so.

Collection from Our Premises

Local collection may be available by prior arrangement.

Please do not travel to collect an online order until we have confirmed that it is ready.
